Getting started
Run a light check
Submit a public website and safely use the free launch-readiness check.
Read as MarkdownBefore you start
Use a production URL that anyone can reach over public HTTP or HTTPS. Do not submit a private preview, staging site, local address, URL with credentials, IP address, or non-standard port.
The light check uses capped, low-impact requests. If your bot protection blocks it, allow the descriptive Launch Ready user agent for safe GET requests.
Run the check
- Enter the site URL on the homepage.
- Keep the progress window open while the check completes.
- Open the public report and start with the highest-severity finding.
- Deploy a focused fix, then run another check.
No account or access token is needed for a light check.
Next step
A report is a prioritized review, not a launch certificate. Read the evidence and the recommendation before changing the site. See Understand a report for result meanings and Safety and limitations for the scan boundary.
